Born in Canada on November 19, 1960 to his wonderful parents Lillian, and Roy Goudie. He grew up in Burlington, Newfoundland, with his family. Including two beautiful sisters Sharon and Cindy, Also three brothers Dwight,Peter and Mark. Rex  shared a wonderful life together with his wife Gail, and had a family together including two children, Lacey and Zackery.
